Dwayne Flinchum | President & Founder | dflinchum@iridiumgroup.com | Ext. 17
Dwayne founded IridiumGroup in 1995 and brings 24 years of experience in marketing and communications to the firm. Having begun work as a Creative Director, he built IridiumGroup into a renowned boutique agency by successfully managing branding initiatives and developing creative marketing ideas for a broad range of clients. He now serves as a brand steward for every client, ensuring that all goals are achieved, on every engagement. An AIGA and AMA member, Dwayne has received numerous awards, including the Distinguished Alumni Award from Virginia Tech.
Leon Samuel | Partner, Mobile Strategies Division | lsamuel@iridiumgroup.com | Ext. 11
Leon has over 15 years of consulting experience, specializing in emerging technologies with a focus on behavior and enterprise analytics. A member of the Mobile Marketing Association, he is a respected speaker in the field of technology adoption. Leon has served as Chairman of the International Conference for Strategies & Innovation, and was formerly the Managing Partner of Reach Ventures UK. He has been a trusted advisor to new media technology companies worldwide, and his clients include Harrods, QVC Inc., Bacardi, British Airways, Motorola, and 20th Century Fox.

Betsy directs client accounts at IridiumGroup. She joined the company having served as Marketing Manager and Account Manager at several New York-based creative firms. At IridiumGroup, she provides strategic ideas and copywriting, as well as managing accounts including UNFCU, Freedom2 and Infinitink, The Simons Foundation, The American Red Cross, and the Pew Charitable Trusts. A native of Maryland's Eastern Shore, she graduated from Georgetown University with a BA in English.
Yi Son Ko | Creative Director | yko@iridiumgroup.com | Ext. 21
Yi Son creates and directs IridiumGroup's most innovative design solutions. She started at IridiumGroup after relocating from Seoul, Korea, where she was employed at Hyundai Corporation. Prior to that, she spent several years in the UK working for Sears Davies Designers, Merrill Lynch, Dar Al Handasah, Heath Lambert Group, Sport England and Imperial College. She has extensive experience leading the creative development of identities, and has worked on brands ranging from Hilton Hotels to LG Electronics. Yi Son received her MA in Communication Design from Manchester Metropolitan University.
June Kim | Senior Designer | jkim@iridiumgroup.com | Ext. 22
June is responsible for designing many of our online and print initiatives. Prior to joining IridiumGroup, June worked at The New York Times and at Section P Design Studio. He has received awards from the Type Director's Club, American Graphic Design Awards and Adobe Design Achievement Awards, and his work has been published in design publications in Europe, Asia and the U.S. At IridiumGroup, June has handled projects for clients including Children's Hospital Boston, Downtown Alliance and Cowen and Co. He received a BFA from the School of Visual Arts and a Master's from Pratt Institute in New York City.
Judy Glassman | Strategic Partner
Judy is a marketing and business development executive with a history of creating integrated programs that develop brand position, enhance brand image and maximize return on investment. She has worked with many high-profile advertising/marketing, promotions and public relations firms, brokering partnerships and managing cross-functional business teams to identify and execute innovative marketing platforms. Her programs have consistently delivered a unique message, extended reach, driven growth and enabled assets that allow companies to achieve their business goals.

Abby manages the production of all print projects in the studio. Abby also supports and contributes to the IridiumGroup creative team in a variety of ways. He has over 6 years of experience in both the editorial and advertising industries, including positions as Production Manager for Jeff McKay, Inc., and as the Assistant to the Creative Director for ESSENCE Magazine. Having been with IridiumGroup for several years, Abby has worked with clients such as Accenture, Freedom2 and The Simons Foundation. Abby graduated from The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.
Janese Castro | Project Manager | jcastro@iridiumgroup.com | Ext. 24
Janese has worked at IridiumGroup in various positions since 2003, serving as a project manager and operations manager, and coordinating account needs for many of our clients. She is currently leading the marketing and new business development plans for IridiumGroup. Prior to joining the firm, she spent a year at Tapehouse Editorial, where she managed accounts payable and assisted the company's CFO and Comptroller. She has also founded and managed a successful online accessories company. She attended Baruch College and holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration.
