The Simons Foundation is a private foundation that works to advance research in basic science and mathematics. The Foundation supports innovative scientific projects and takes a proactive position in its work, choosing to remain in collaboration with its grantees and institutions.
Our team supported the Simons Foundation with a brand identity, including a signature logotype and system of identity tools. We created the annual report and website, and later we served as a partner in the development of the brand and launch of simonsfoundation.org and its sister website, sfari.org. The latter is an
informational site with a member-protected community portal sponsored by the Simons Foundation. The community network connects autism and neurosciences
researchers by allowing them to share insights, post questions, offer networking opportunities, and generally promotes connections between grantees. It offers the robust functions of a social networking website, with a focus on knowledge sharing and the benefit of research that is aggregated in one central source.
In 2009, IridiumGroup continues as a valued, trusted partner for this organization. We assist on a variety of communications and marketing initiatives each year that are designed to educate and inform a disparate group of constituents audiences.
