President & Founder
With 30 years of experience in marketing and communications, Dwayne has managed many successful branding and marketing initiatives for a wide range of commercial and nonprofit clients. He now serves as brand steward for every IridiumGroup client, ensuring that all goals are achieved on every engagement. A member of AMA, BMA, IABC, and PRSA, Dwayne has received numerous awards, including the Distinguished Alumni Award from Virginia Tech.

Janese serves as the operations and finance manager for IridiumGroup for over 10 years, and leads the team in marketing and new business development. Prior to joining the firm, she managed financial operations for Interior Transformations, Communication Mastery, and Tapehouse Editorial. In addition to her work at IridiumGroup, Janese has founded and managed a successful online accessories company.

Yi Son Ko
Yi Son manages IridiumGroup’s most innovative design and creative branding solutions. Prior to relocating from Seoul, Korea, where she was employed at Hyundai Corporation, she spent several years in the UK working for Sears Davies Designers, Merrill Lynch, Dar Al Handasah, Heath Lambert Group, Sport England, and Imperial College. She has extensive experience leading the creative development of brand identities and has worked with a wide array of brands ranging from Hilton Hotels to LG Electronics.

Abby has more than 15 years of experience in the editorial and advertising industries with an emphasis on print production. As IridiumGroup’s Production Director, Abby manages the execution of all client-approved deliverables. He has led several initiatives for our global corporate clients, including brands such as Accenture, UNFCU, and the Simons Foundation. Abby’s previous experience includes production management for Jeff McKay, Inc., and assistant to the creative director of Essence Magazine.

In the mid 90’s Ezra became obsessed with interactive media. He has an extensive portfolio from an array of clients including AOL, MTV, DirectTV, HBO and Google. Because of his dual background, graphic design and technical production, Ezra brings unique strengths to every interactive project. He has the ability to conceptualize the potential of a website, work smoothly with art directors and translate that into a finished product.
